The General Terms and Conditions of the online store Divine Nails are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).  

The general Terms and Conditions deal with the functioning of the online shop, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

By placing an order for the purchase of selected items on our website, you agree to the general terms of participation and purchase.

The customer obtains the consent of the entire text of the general Terms and Conditions of the online shop on the website www.divine-nails.eu (hereinafter: the Terms) and agrees with them. Online sales on www.divine-nails.eu are carried out by the company DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o., Dolenje Ponikve 10, 8210 Trebnje, entered in the court register 8684898000.

The online shop www.divine-nails.eu offers the purchase of nail making and nail care products online, as well as the possibility to apply for education. The website www.divine-nails.eu contains our offer, information on items and prices. Conditions of purchase are determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

How to become a partner / Registration

The online shop www.divine-nails.eu enables online purchase of products for users who submit a certificate of secondary school of cosmetics education or a certificate of a completed nail course. By submitting an application for the registration in the online shop, the user obtains a password to access the purchase. The company DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. reserves the right to confirm or reject the registration application. By registering a customer in the online shop, the customer is provided with an online ordering method. Any refusal of registration will be sent to the customer via e-mail.

Other users (without the appropriate certificate of secondary school of cosmetics education or a certificate of a completed nail course) cannot purchase products online but can access the online catalogue and basic product information and apply for a course. The online product purchase in the online shop www.divine-nails.eu can only be made by a registered user who submits a certificate of secondary school of cosmetics education or a certificate of a completed nail course. Data on the user's purchase are recorded in our database. The registration process can be done on the “Login” subpage. By registering, the user obtains a username, which is the same as the e-mail address, and a password. The username and password of the user are indisputably determined and linked to the entered data. Registered users are then given an insight into the history of their completed orders and their user account information. Users can change their user account data at any time by logging in to their profile. The information that cannot be changed is the e-mail address. In case the user wants to change the e-mail address, a new user account must be created with the registration process. The protection of personal data is described below as a special item.

With each following purchase, the user must log in to the online shop with the username and password obtained during registration, and after logging in to the online shop, the data can be changed, updated and viewed in the Edit Profile tab (address, access password, review of past orders, etc.).

After reviewing the offer next to the selected items, the user selects the "Add to basket" option. The selected items are collected in a basket (tab in the top right corner), which the user can check at any time and edit the items in it (change the quantity and / or remove them from the list). The user completes the order by clicking on the "Checkout" button, where the list of selected products can be reviewed. The entire purchase can be made in the basket:

1. The user reviews the order (list and quantity of items) and changes it as desired; in case of a quantity change, the amount in the cart is automatically recalculated. In this step, the user can enter the Promo code for the discount, previously received from the provider, and thus take advantage of the additional discount. The discount is calculated by clicking on the "Confirm" button when the user has entered the Promo code. Promo codes may be limited by validity time, number and value.

2. Choice of delivery method (shipping costs are shown before placing the order) and payment (by proforma invoice, payment on delivery, credit card)

3. the user enters / verifies the personal data name and surname, delivery address (address, postal code, city and country) and telephone number. In case the user wants an invoice for the company, the choice must be ticked and the company data must be added: the company name, tax number and VAT liability.

4. The user indicates the agreement with the general conditions and by clicking on the "Confirm" button completes the purchase and places the order. The user is shown a confirmation of the purchase and at the same time receives an e-mail confirming the purchase with a summary of the purchase to the e-mail address entered in the basket. When choosing a credit card payment, the user is redirected to the interface, where the payment is finished and after a successful payment, the confirmation page of the purchase is displayed. At the same time, the user receives a summary of the order at the entered e-mail address.

Before the confirmation, the supplier reviews the order and reserves the right to reject it in case the item is no longer in stock or in case of obviously incorrect prices that may arise in the event of errors in automated transfers. The buyer will thus be notified as soon as possible. In case of ambiguity, verification of data or ensuring the accuracy of delivery, the supplier can call the customer on the phone number, entered in the basket.

The sale purchase agreement between DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. and the customer is concluded at the moment the customer confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the company and the buyer. The customer is the person with the information provided when placing the order. It is not possible to change customer data later. By placing an order, the customer guarantees the accuracy of the data and at the same time confirms the terms of business and irrevocably and exclusively recognizes and accepts them as an integral part of the order.

The confirmed order or concluded contract is in electronic form at the registered seat of the company DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o., Dolenje Ponikve 10, 8210 Trebnje.

Defects, complaint, maintenance and warranty

According to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the company DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. bears responsibility for actual defects in the goods.

The buyer must notify the company of any material defect together with a detailed description of it within 1 week of receipt of the goods and at the same time enable an inspection of the goods. The supplier is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after the statutory deadline from the receipt of the goods.

The right to claim a defect is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

The company is aware of the importance of complaints, so we try to resolve them in the shortest possible time, to the mutual satisfaction and in accordance with the applicable law.

After confirmation and in coordination with you, the collection of the shipment will be organized via Pošta Slovenije or another provider. In addition to the returned goods, be sure to provide a copy of the original invoice.

Our items come with a warranty if stated on the warranty certificate or invoice. The supplier of the item guarantees the quality or its proper functioning within the warranty period, if used in accordance with its purpose and the enclosed instructions. The warranty periods are stated on the warranty certificates or invoices and are valid from the day the buyer receives the goods.

When claiming the warranty, the buyer must also deliver the warranty certificate and invoice with the equipment, stating the date of purchase, serial number and warranty period for each item.

Warranty period for the item sent or brought by the customer to DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. in repair or warranty replacement, is valid for as long as stated on the warranty certificate. This period starts from the date stated on the invoice or warranty certificate of the item. Defects and damages caused by improper use of the equipment supplied by DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. are not covered by the warranty conditions.


All prices are shown in EUR including VAT, clearly stated on the final statement. Prices and other benefits (discounts…) are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. The prices shown are only valid for purchases via the online shop www.divine-nails.eu and for the payment methods listed below under the stated conditions.

DIVINE NAILS reserves the right to daily price changes of the assortment without prior notice.

Payment Methods

Regardless of the chosen payment method for the items, the user receives an invoice for the items purchase to the e-mail address.

The following payment methods are available in the online store www.divine-nails.eu:

  • payment on delivery
  • by proforma invoice - after the purchase, the user receives payment information to the stated e-mail address, on the basis of which the payment is made
  • with a payment or credit card

In case of order cancellation or changing the payment method by the user when paying by credit card online, please contact us via e-mail info@divine-nails.eu or by phone at 031-785-150 for crediting the card or refund.

** The order is being processed after receiving the payment by proforma invoice.

With the selected payment "by proforma invoice", a user receives the information for making the payment via email: the amount of the payment, the transaction account, the reference and purpose of the payment. In this case, the user pays for the ordered goods with a general UPN payment order (form) at a bank, post office or via online bank. After the payment has been made, the user can send us a confirmation of payment to the e-mail address info@divine-nails.eu for a faster order process. The received pro forma invoice must be settled within 3 working days at the latest, otherwise the order is being canceled.

A payment credited to the current account of the company DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. is arranged on the basis of the data received by the user in the case of choosing to pay by proforma invoice.


Delivery and Collection

The ordered goods which are in stock are delivered within a maximum of 3 working days after receiving the order or after the receipt of payment in the case of making a proforma invoice, unless otherwise indicated. Please understand that holidays or weekends may extend shipping times. If the goods ordered are currently not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

The delivery is carried out in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije or another delivery provider. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the ordered items can be collected in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.

Delivery Charges, Invoice

Packaging and delivery costs are paid by the buyer. The cost is calculated based on the valid price list and the shipment weight. Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately before placing the order. VAT is included in the delivery price.

Packaging and delivery costs are charged in the online shop www.divine-nails.eu at the time of purchase.

The buyer receives the goods delivered to the address in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.

Upon the delivery of the goods, the buyer is also provided with the original invoice with all the information included and in accordance with the terms of sale published on this page and confirmed when placing the order.

The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.

Complaints and Disputes

DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system.

DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within seven working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.

Personal data protection

By concluding the purchase contract, the customer agrees that we store and use the personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices, news notifications) and other necessary communication.

DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. undertakes to handle all acquired personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (adequate protection against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or discovery by third parties). Despite the appropriate technical and organizational procedures to secure the data we collect, DIVINE NAILS proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. it cannot rule out the possible misuse of data, as the Internet being an unpredictable medium despite security measures and security communication protocols.

The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of the username and password and the system operating on it, which is updated and antivirus protected.
